| Brett A. Taylor, MD Adult Spine Surgeon Dr. Taylor is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of the spine. He is a native of St. Louis and received his Medical Degree from Harvard University. Dr. Taylor is fellowship trained in spine surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is a former assistant professor at Washington University and served in the US Airforce as the Chief of Spine Surgery. Lori Burke, RN, BSN Lori has been a member of The Taylor Spine Team for eight years and originally worked with Dr. Taylor at Barnes Hospital. She started her career at Barnes Hospital as a staff nurse and specialized in orthopedics. Her present role involves patient care in the clinic and post-operative care in the hospital. Lori has a strong background in worker’s compensation and litigated cases and works closely with case managers. Lori’s goal is to expedite your care and better meet your spine care needs. Jennifer Fortenberry, PA-C, RD A graduate of St. Louis University. Her time in the practice is divided between the clinic, care of the post-operative patients and first assisting in the operating room. Prior to starting in 2009, she worked for six years at St. Luke’s Hospital for a group of ten surgeons. She also remains dedicated to the field of nutrition and has been a Registered Dietitian since 1995. Alyssa Visconti Alyssa has been a member of The Taylor Spine Team for 4 years and functions as an administrative assistant. Alyssa works with patients to schedule appointments and tests and is very knowledgeable about the day to day functions of the office. She also has significant experience in matters involving litigation and depositions. Donna Smith Donna is a member of the billing department for The Taylor Spine Team. She can assist patients in determining insurance coverage for office visits, tests and procedures. Donna is dedicated to staying abreast of the ever changing regulations with health insurance and is a vital member of The Taylor Spine Team. Turn left at the stoplight and cross over highway 40. You will immediately come to a second stoplight where you will make a left onto N. Outer Forty Road. Proceed west for 8/10 of a mile. You will pass Bonhomme Presbyterian Church on the right hand side. Prepare to make a right into our entrance. Going 40 West (Coming from Downtown St. Louis) Exit Timberlake Manor Parkway (Exit 21) and merge into the right hand lane, which becomes N. Outer Forty Road. You will eventually come to a stoplight. Go through the stoplight and proceed west for 8/10 of a mile. You will pass Bonhomme Presbyterian Church on the right hand side. Prepare to make a right into our entrance. Entrance Please note that N. Outer Forty Road is a one-way street and our only entrance may be easy to miss if this is your first visit. The only entrance is just before the Delmar Gardens Building. Take that entrance and follow it behind the Delmar Gardens building to the second building which is ours.
